I never saw an S-1 that talked so much about the macro industry environment and so little about the actual company itself.

From what I can tell they are selling a few head shop products(soil, grow rooms, etc.) Consultants to the industry, like so many other MJ stocks. They do have some dispensary experience from boulder, CO former co-owners of a dispensary.

I guess with any of these MJ stocks, as long as you have a shred of legitimacy you may experience a run up towards this Novembers voting.
