Is someone pretending that the price of oil is going up or just giving the latest OPEC and non OPEC upcoming meeting news ?

Its worthy of repeating that non OPEC producers are involved in the meetings. Everyone benefits from higher crude prices !

The question begging to be asked - "whose truth would that be" ?

Global pricing for crude oil is a complex creature with many tentacles and influencing variables but let me be the first to pat on the back anyone who believes he can factor the truth in it all !
