Bottom line--since the FDA is helping big pharma maximize their profits the only way to expedite the situation is to get congress to camp out at the FDA the way Darth Vader did at the CIA until they stop screwing around. I'm afraid that by that time the market will have decreased so much that ELTP may only be able to sell 50 million or so because doctors really like those fancy luncheons and secret trips to St. Lucia. Good luck all

This, as I mentioned yesterday, comes down to a matter of timing the ADT opiate market. There are zero IR ADT opioids with an official FDA label on the market. The FDA just turned down an IR opiate by Purdue. If I am to believe that Purdue has the FDA in their right pocket - the vetoing Avridi says otherwise.

The public and political outcry against the prescription opioid epidemic is beyond the FDA's control at this point.....and Robert Califf - catching so much heat before he was sworn in speaks to this.

All that you mention is in the works .... and yet the greying of the American population will demand pain relief. Opiates have proven successful in curbing pain - they may be curtailed by rate of prescription.....but the amount over time will only increase.

Then let's not "forget" that Elite has the ability to formulate generic ADT opioids of Pfizer's Branded ADT opioids. For all that you mention......this one option will turn the tide in Elite's favor - whose favor and to what extent is the bigger question here IMO.

Fear Uncertainty and Doubt FUD It Ain't Going To Work Here Anymore. Notice the lack of question mark.
