Okay, this stock could have potential. They seem to be selling their tincture/oil stuff. I have questions though.
Seems to be lots of insider selling over the last two months. Wouldn't they be better off selling in a month or so if they also expect a run up to Nov votes?

(“WMD”), a private Canadian company in the cannabis industry, in exchange for future consulting services and use of our intellectual property. The $593,750 cost assigned to the WMD shares was classified as investment in non-marketable equity securities and as a component of deferred revenue in the amount of $593,750 on our condensed consolidated balance sheets.
Am I missing any other accomplishments? As like other MJ stocks this is brand spanking new company that is operating at a loss as expected. Raising money and paying bills could be a problem while continueing to grow.
