Digital Info Security Co (DGIFD) is incorporated in the state of Delaware and current plan is to merge with Digital 7 Inc. The surviving company will be Digital 7 Inc and be public. Digital 7 Inc has acquired Data Source Inc. (DSI) Data Source Inc (DSI) currently has revenue and can, with additional capital, grow quickly. This will be a fully owned subsidiary of DGIFD. DSI was founded in 2002 to provide data preservation, protection and efficient user access for legacy tape and optical data sto.
