A couple of specific points here to comment on (IMO of course):

Is the group receiving Multikine living longer then the group just SOC. All indication to me point to yes.

It is hard to guess this for certain - as the 3-year read out for survivorship has got so relatively few patients who have had time to complete the period (assuming they survived). However - at the least we can gather that there have been no obvious adverse effects or the trial would have been stopped already,.... and and both Ergomed and the Drs. participating in the Phase III continue to enroll patients and spend valuable time & resources - as you point out woolrich.

Also, the burn rate for CVM is about $14,000,000 a pear. Cel-Sci could very likely receive enough compensation from the arbitration to fund the company for years into the future.

Agreed - and with this caveat,... if NNVC settles for say - $40 MM, that would give a chunk to the Litigation Funding guys currently underwriting the Arbitration,... and probably leave $25-$30 MM for CVM,.... so yeah,... about 2 years of funding at current burn rates.

Additionally - if the Phase III trial enrollment only runs another 12 months,... that burn rate will drop after active enrollment of new patients ceases,... so that money could indeed last through the remainder of the Phase III waiting period.

Obviously - a bigger cash result from the Arbitration will last even longer.
