Proxy vote material coming to brokers today or next couple of days. Ameritrade puts the proxy in your Shareholder Library under documents section while Etrade emails a code to use on proxy.com to submit your YES vote.

I understand we are very close to 51% AND that the AS 8-k will be filed once we hit 51%. AND......I also understand the LOC will be signed after AS 8-K. So when you get that notice from your broker, vote yes and let's put dilutive note debt to bed!!!!

Also, ask yourself another reason WHY LOC partner waiting on AS 8-K? Could it be our LOC partner will also be taking a placement of shares? : )
