So let me get this straight. You sell at a 7% loss always.
The pps lost 7%
And now you want to buy under .035 to try to lower your average to .025.
So to have an average means you must hold shares.
If you hold shares you didnt sell at your 7% loss.

And FYI... you will never get your average under .025 by buying at .035.

That about right?
