I agree. Yes, I received a email from AdHoc Shareholders over weekend and Don Sable plans to appeal. All info I know at moment but it was very detailed and written to about 160 shareholders on email distribution who proxied shares. This should delay SandRidge's BK plans a bit if appeal is made I would think
