Re margin, you clearly know that you need to look at the cost of goods sold if you look from the buyers perspective for a company which is being sold. There is no SG&A, no R&D or other operating costs to fill in those orders. That's why your razor thin margin story is incorrect.
I am not sure you understand how the sales and manufacturing process works. L3 could get the materials even cheaper and will even bring the COGS as. % of sales lower. So that's wrong as well.
