Overdosing on acetaminophen is VERY concerning whether intentional or not. Most peeps don't realize that acetaminophen is extremely toxic to the liver so death directly related to the OD is rare but severe damage with the risk of death down the road is another story. Granted, if one's intention is to overdose on something, acetaminophen is an unlikely first choice and usually used by people looking more for attention (think pre-teen girls for example) thinking it's a "safe" choice to not really do them in, but that does not negate the seriousness of an acetaminophen OD intentional or not.
