More likely that greenshift and Kreisler are full of crap. Federal courts don't invalidate patents lightly. I mean really. The likelihood of any good outcome from an appeal, if he can even afford it is nil IMO. This is dead in the water, as is GERS. Nothing but massive debt and dilution.
