So WTF was that with CENBF trading and then getting deleted? Feltz WealthPlan is listing on the NSADAQ institutional pages but the position is zero.

I wonder if one of Billy's minions got confused or something. Or (more likely) maybe someone at FINRA was doing research in preparation for the indictments and fat fingered the status while editing other info. Or maybe the feds just wanted to rattle Billy's cage, stir the pot and see what floats to the top.
