Does it really matter how much was paid for this.
The fact that it is mentioned in another junk e-mag and a well known P&D newsletter makes it obvious that a P&D is happening.
Expect new faces and comeback of a few self proclaimed longs from the punked lenders gang (most likely the sellers) telling fairy tales about big funding news, big pharma partnerships ...
unicorns at the end of the rainbow, leprechaun's gold pots ...
and take advantage of that knowlegde.
