I own land right now and have owned it for 5 years. It's not in my name and won't be for another 5 years. However, I have a land contract and it's mine. I can sell it, build on it, or give it away once the contract is settled. My point is the property could be in GreenPay's name or MyEcheck and still be under contract to somebody else. Neither MyEcheck nor GreenPay could do anything with it. Therefore they don't own it!
