Just got filings current with Otcmarkets...AS was 75 million with 48million OS. Joseph Arcaro ( merger guy ) got 26 million for putting the deal together, cleaning up shell....Raised AS to 750 million( limits chance of RS )witn OS of a little under 75million ( If Arcaro's shares are restricted ) with a public float of 48 million and change...

Reverse merger about to take place?
