Spoofing doesnt matter. It ony affects the big players who are trying to trade large share blocks. If you know what you want to buy at you just put in your order and wait. If you dont get filled, you didnt want to buy above that anyway. Same on the sell side.
I would not use stop loss orders though because of possible flash crashes and stop loss orders are where the spoofers can take advantage of you.
