Pretty easy to google dry cleaning businesses and plants that are for sale on the East Coast of Florida.

EXAD uses google just like its shareholders for finding potential. It could be a deal via friends/family who would rather try and transfer the biz to someone close rather than giving the business to the vultures aka real estate agents.
