If you want to weigh fast Eddie's credibility, note that this company has lost essentially every lawsuit that they've ever been involved in. They lost Tangiers, TCA, MHK, Ribero, Terpenix and others.
On MHK and Ribero, The judgments are at least three years old. Even when fast Eddie had the money to pay off those judgments, he failed to do so.
