Where do you get your information? It certainly is not from anyone at the company. You spend so much time on this board. The check engine light may come on to notify you the fuel injection calibration may be leaner because you are running a more powerful fuel. It's very easy to reset - takes a whole 5 seconds. Flex fuel cars check engine lights do not come on when the computer calibration changes because they are Designed for Flex Fuels! The company promotes the Flex fuel for flex fuel vehicles. Many on this board have put it in their non- flex fuel cars and have experienced the extra power and mpg , but at a lower price than gasoline. I will admit that some of us had to take the 5 seconds out of our busy lives to reset the check engine light!
