Unfortunately, I have to agree with your assessment. The terms of that last funding really pissed me off. I have been trying to console myself that the most recent funding would be the last before results come in from the Parkinson's trial in Australia. But that news article says that those results will not be in for two years.

As an investor in this company, this is great news, but the management seem more interested in taking a constant stream of stock options and undertaking private placings at huge discounts to friends and family (at the expense of existing shareholders) than actually getting on with the work at hand - aravali
