I dont think anyone really knows for sure, Now it is documented that a European Company bought Rontan, also the European Company has been paying Rontan employees. No one is sure what that means, it is postulated that the European Group may be a financier for GDSI deal with Rontan.
However I dont buy that assumption as I believe that if this European group was tied to GDSI they would be paying GDSI employees as well and bills that GDSI must pay to stay afloat which they are not doing.

That theory is suggested because the theory was the Rontan deal is a Reverse triangle Merger and as the theory started NACSV was supposed to be the Subsidiary Company buying Rontan then merge into GDSI. Then the theory as morphed into GDSI being a shell company now and will be possibly bought out by this European Group/Company.

One GDSI/Rontan deal never was a Reverse Triangle merger as was theorized as NACSV never made an offer to buy Rontan which would have had to be the case in order for the RTM thoery to be feasible, GDSI is the Company that made the buy offer.

The Theory of this European Group/Company has no validation and has been presented as a what if so .

Thats kinda it on the Rontan deal, I imagine you know of the troubles GDSI faces so I will not go into those unless you want or need something in that area.

I did find the last facebook post from Bill interesting as he answered a question as to why Rontan is still on the website, all he would say or did say was there is a reason but he can not comment on that now, But he also gave no response to the part of the post asking him about this European group being the one who bought Rontan,

So thats about where it stands and I know its no real help, but that is all that is known that is verifiable that I know of anyway.-*
