As our shareholders know based on a prior press release, our 15c211 was not approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission. As such, we are seeking to file an s-1 to register our company's securities.



Its been posted and say so in FINA info that its not the SEC that approves the 15c211 but FINRA.

ALSO you can check every news release there was never any info posted that the 15c211 was not approved. If someone has that news release please post it here.

Everything I state is the whole truth and nothing but the truth to me, so help you god if you follow my advice.
