I would definitely wait. It is obvious that their only option is to dilute ..and a plenty. Honestly, having read the prospectus filing and hearing Flenderson and Possilocks reports with Randall and my own dealings with EVC, that they are really just stabbing in the dark at this point.

They grossly miscalculated and shareholders are going to have to bear the Brunt why go to a bank when you can milk. shareholders interests free.

If possilock is to be believed then Randall has said " no one will give us a chance". That is the CFO...the money guy making such an admission. Incredible!!

The only thing that moves share price up as opposed to down in the next 6 months is a change in management. Pure and simple!!
