GRWC is flat out broke, yet they announced today that they are moving forward with "Nuggetville" in Eugene. It's easy to say what you are going to to do, but apparently not so easy to do it. Look at the other companies under the thumb of David Tobias - not one of them has ever accomplished anything. This appears to be the case here as well.
Is the first project a success? Not at all. Does the company have the means to fund the second project? Not at all.
