Interesting. Has Rufus, or anyone, been able to refute anything Our-Street has alleged? Miles has said he'd publish an apology. The retraction that Rufus demanded is a joke. He needs to address the allegations.

I'm on the sidelines on this one, but have observed enough to know that the actions and claims of the CEO are highly suspect. I'll be surprised if we ever see a 10-K that validates all that Rufus claims, but not if there's an SEC trading halt and investigation.
