Two things that standout...

1) "Reached an agreement". There is a difference between "reached" and "Signed" an agreement. So, what an agreement "signed" or what?

2)Boreal has already put a deposit of $60,000 in January to lock in its first right of refusal and now put on September 12, 2016 an extra $25,000 to get an extension until Oct 7, 2016 for the closing of the purchase of the spring property and for the investors to complete their due diligence.

- Are they referring to the Qatar investors? If so, have the Qatar Investors completed their due diligence or are they still in the process of doing so?


Those are my two thoughts on my mind.... I would have preferred to seen .... "an agreement was SIGNED".
