Zalemark Engages Audit Firm Haskell and White LLP, Certified Public Accountants

Zalemark Holding Company Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ZMRK) announced today that it has engaged Haskell and White to perform an audit of Zalemark's financial statements. Haskell & White has been registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) since October 2003. The PCAOB is a private-sector, non-profit corporation created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act to oversee the auditors of public companies in order to protect the interests of investors and further the public interest in the preparation of informative, fair, and independent audit reports.
