Lets start with the burn rate. The burn rate is about $2m a year and increasing about 10% a year
You claim they will need 5 times that to get in production.
I would venture that you could buy a huge silk farm and pay the operating wages on less than 1/3 of that.
This isnt the USA we are talking about.

But your $10m converts to 285m shares
Conversion price of .035 which was what I used. Not the .10 you hoped for.
We would just barley touch 1b shares and be in production bringing in revs.
But those revs would start long before the 10m was spent which would raise the pps long before the 10m was collected.

Meaning the conversion price would be climbing with every draw.
Your .10 guess would be very low for a company in production.

The thing is that they wont need that money until VN gives the OK and that act alone would raise the price of the shares well over a dime.
