You are not factoring the burn rate which is only going up as we go! It is not just capital expenses and leases, they are burning plenty of cash right now. Also why are you using 10 cent as the conversion price? I bet it will be closer to 2-3 cents, but time will tell. If they dump the stock on the market the PPS will decline. If they do a large PP it will not be at market, that is for damn sure! 10,000,000 is nothing for a company. Have been told could be larger than Apple soon!
