Almost all the buys made during trading hours today have been at ASK (0005), so I'm not sure what you mean. There are almost 80 Million at BID for 4s. People are realizing they won't be able to get 4s, and they will have to pay up to get in before the surge.j Also, that wall of 4s just keeps growing everyday. Of course some people will get lucky, but it will be small amounts of share given away at those low rates.
