Vik told me on the phone that everyone knows they need to reverse split. When I asked for a time frame he said "around the end of summer".
When I told everyone this fact...he got flooded with emails and tried to say yes there is a need for a reverse split but down road maybe further.
That was just semantics.

Former insiders are now converting their shares to a reverse split protected class of preferred shares.

The market now has determined this is close to the end.
