Shocking news that Bill puts out a PR yesterday that the trading was illegal and today it's halted pending an investigation into the matter. I hope heads finally roll for those that did the illegal activity. It's about time they did.



What's even more shocking this traded for several days before the CEO of a one man company trying to get listed even noticed this.

What even more shocking is two errors in the new release.


As our shareholders know based on a prior press release, our 15c211 was not approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission.




There is no news of this on any previous CEN Biotech Inc news release. If there is please post it here. Its not SEC that approves it, its FINRA
