What a joke! Estimated costs are not possible at this time?!?!

They can't get quotes and bids for all the work that is needed? They can't add up how much each phase of the project and how much it will cost? This management needs to go. This is like building a house with a contractor that keeps asking for more money but can't tell you if that will be enough to finish the build. Once again I call bull shit with this management. They just don't want to commit to a number in writing. Investors need a finalize plan, stop floundering like a bunch of idiots and just get the job done!
