Leasehold Improvements in Progress 6,105,711

Anyone know if CEN has an agreement with Jim Shaban about leasehold improvements. In Ontario any modifications to the building become property of the land title and the person/company leasing the building doesn't own them even if they paid for them selves. So unless there is an agreement the company/shareholders don't own any modifications to the building/land aka the fence.
