Does BlackBridge Capital have voting power on the reverse split? What I find really odd is that the 13G came out on July 20th and the DEF 14C comes out a day later on the 21st stating a possible R/S??? Don't you think BlackBridge would be pissed? Could they vote against this as they own 25.6M shares? Someone please explain, Wall_Man please explain ;)
