Very accurate summation, JetPilot. I would only supplement your logic by reminding of the contempt that Auryn and particularly the Letts family holds for the scum fraudsters JJ and Les Price (and most likely, other Medinah insiders as well).

Of course Kirkland ran for the hills! To his credit, he foreshadowed the demise, suggesting the deal with Auryn wasn't necessarily in the best interests of stockholders. Talk about an understatement. We gave away the farm for a bag of beads and then lost half of the beads!
