No, 100% short means 100% of the volume was shorted, for a few seconds to fill the order. Nothing to do with covered or not. If they were not covered, as has been claimed this year, there would have been FTDs.

Only the first leg of the trade is reported, so it APPEARS that they are not covered.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
