The creation yesterday by Adrian of the corporation, DNA Holdings, Inc., is a very interesting discovery. However, DNA Brands, Inc. did NOT become DNA Holdings, Inc.

These are two completely separate business entities. There is no possibility that DNA Holdings, Inc. will suddenly become the name of the corporation that is publicly traded with the DNAX ticker symbol. DNA Brands, Inc. is still the corporation which trades the public DNAX ticker symbol.

DNA Holdings, Inc. is a privately held corporation.

If Adrian wanted to change the name of the corporation which publicly trades the DNAX ticker symbol, he would have just filed with the Colorado Secretary of State for a change of name of the existing corporation.

Adrian is clearly up to something (which is better than being up to nothing). It is possible that he intends to extract some funding out of the new DNA Holdings, Inc. somehow. Two billion shares is quite a bit to start a corporation unless one has some plan to exchange all those shares for something.

It will be interesting to see what happens...
