Did Ruppert file the amended Promissory Notes? Of course he didn't because he was busted for trying to file a lawsuit on the same note that already been settled by Pamela and the shares had been issued.

Thank you. Actually there were 2 Kalisky debt purchases within a month of each other and by accident the wrong one was filed. The correct one with all proofs of payments etc. is bring filed today as a correction

That is from yesterday - so we should expect a amended filing yesterday - it hasn't shown up in the filings in Broward County.

Does Glassberg know he is involved in fraud.

Maybe a complaint should be filed with the Florida Bar - yeah that sounds like a good idea.

NOTE: I can't speak for Kim but I bet he would settle the lawsuit he is going to file against Ruppert and Pamela for $500,000 for the damage he has caused the company and shareholders. I like the sound of that number.
