It is a real as anything EDIG has produced over the years but even less tangible. Just a bunch of words on a piece of paper that they have not been able to produce a demo unit for in 2 years...even though they claimed to have it working in their cell phones in march of 2011. They are flim flam artists using complicated enough technology to extort companies into paying their tiny settlements which are less than they would have to spend on the lawyers in my opinion. NOONCHI would have been invalidated if the Google IPR continued. I do not think you read any of the information I posted on the PTAB IPR process. Unfortunately a lot of people seem to think that if EDIG says somebody infringes then that is good enough for them. I expect your results will be as good as the past results.
