Well, I know Arnie Klann to be a man of really high integrity, and am sure he will continue as long as possible from a financial standpoint, however long that may be. I am saddened by how the DOE reneged on their original offer to grant I think up to around $80 million or so, just because BFRE missed a reporting deadline. An operating success here would be good for the DOE, as well as for Bluefire.

So, I understand there are still possible sources for the remaining $30MM needed to fund Fulton, probably some in China. I feel the Chinese also have a vested interest here, since they need to see Fulton plant proven to be successful, before they invest in their own plants. They seem to have plenty of cellulosic materials available for producing ethanol, or other products available from cellulosic materials, and I can see them becoming a major ethanol producer using the Arkenol technology. There is no doubt in my mind on the efficiency of this process (concentrated acid hydrolysis) as reported from the Bluefire Izumi pilot operation in Japan.
