your wrong again.... naked shorting against pipe funding instruments is illegal when the contract with the funding and borrowing company specifically states that the converts/shares owed "cannot be shorted"... I.E. sdna.ob situation.... they shorted the shares illegally against the contract .... most small companies with any sense at all have this provision withing there deals.... the problem is these illegal whores were doing it through a series of offshore accounts and multiple brokers to hide this activity... a tangled web so to speak.... sdna and a number of other small companys have spent years finding these credents and will ultimately try to win in court... so far only sdna has had some success with the badin fine by the sec against them.... one brother / badin fled the country to avoid prosecution.... it is illegal to short in this matter.... get your facts straight before you talk your bs man...
