They were to broke to do anything with it plus marijuana wasnt for sure going to be on the ballot. Turns out it will be.

Regardless Notis sold that to put all the money in the greenhouses and the almosr 500acres they own in Co. The way I see it is, Jeff Goh was trying to clear the table with all Medbox failures and start fresh and try to do it correct from the start, making the Notis name stand on its own.
