This is utterly baseless and illogical. The principals of Auryn did not get where they are by chasing the ask in thinly-traded OTC issues in attempting to gain control of target companies. There is also absolutely no way Auryn would ever trust our existing directors with $100MM.

To which you replied:

Auryn will also exercise their option whether JJ and family keep their shares or not... Auryn wants this property... that's a fact... believe it... And yes they are following the contract to a T ...
