I just read the presentation....there's a big problem here....page 14 isn't about the phase 2 alibi-t study going on now....it's about an old study that didn't really get anywhere because the pts felt very little benefit....that was the Term study....the alibi study is an attempt to show an improvement in brain atrophy and disease progression even though the pt might not feel better......the end points are described on page four and are really based on BRAIN SCANS to show less brain atrophy and disease progression in the treated group....i think the whole idea is to show less atrophy and less progression objectively even though the pt may not subjectively improve...if the scans look good then the treatment must be doing something good....the presentation is somewhat misleading....I welcome anyone to add something or refute something....I may not be 100% correct on this....
