i truly think a partnership is being worked out here and hopefully we hear something soon... If not, I agree dilution would almost be welcomed here to get the ball rolling. Minimal amount and can keep bigger piece of the pie. Although partnership could really get the ball rolling here and jack up share price dramatically. I just don't see waiting months for ce and than months for decision. Something definitely going on behind scenes here.
