They will probably have to get otc filings in order before people start bidding. It went dark before. Then reporting again. Then dark another 2 years. And now its back again. Maybe people want to see a little more of whats going on before they inch .20 bid or higher.imo


Not that many IHUBBERS buy .20 + stocks. Insiders friends and family should add some shares.
