Speedo, thank you for the response. One concern that I have is that my shares are in IRA and my understanding is that to do the swap I will essentially have to withdraw the shares which means tax penalties. If I leave my shares in the account, wouldn't Edison have to buy my shares if their intent is to take over SVLT?
