MALC STONE POST #10859

No, Acuant or any company for that matter is not going to dig into the past of TRON if the company wants to pay them to license their IP services. They will simply take the revenue.

Suffice to say Acuant is NOT licensing anything from iMedScam, I highly doubt any viable IP even exists there. After all, Hayes says he received a JD from Columbia while in federal prison.

Does not lend his "company" any credibility whatsoever.

There may not even be any "signed agreement" - where do you see that?

The press release is a bunch of nebulous garbage, typical pink sheet scam stuff.

Companies do not simply take other companies revenue without validating said company. How else would Acuant be confident that they will receive payment.

iMedscan states they hold proprietary technology that provides for the instant verification of a patient’s medical insurance. iMedscan then entered into an agreement with Acuant in regards to said proprietary technology, or a mutual agreement, which ever.

Hayes "federal prison term" back in the late 1990's holds no merit to present day 2016 or with iMedscan.

The "credibility" and "validation" of TRON's press release with regards to Acuant and iMedscan entering into an agreement is stickied, POST #10556.

TRON's Press Release was validated by Acuant themselves, eliminating speculations of the PR being "a bunch of nebulous garbage, typical pink sheet scam stuff". This cannot be refuted what so ever, regardless of how this speculation is spun.
